    How to stop sending SMS and Emails to specific customers

    Learn how to stop sending SMS and Email notifications to Booked By, Passengers, and Additional Contacts of specific customers.

    Go to Masters - Customers - Click on a Customer listing - Click on Edit - Under Booking/Duties Settings - Tick the checkboxes next to the below 3 options as required - Save

    Checkbox Options:

    1. Do not send SMS and Email to passengers of this customer
    2. Do not send SMS and Email to this customer & it's additional contacts
    3. Do not send SMS and Email to booked by's of this customer

    For example, if you select Do not send SMS and Email to passengers of this customer, when sending duty details, the passenger contact details will not be visible.
