How to allot a vehicle from a different vehicle group to a duty
Learn the process of allotting a vehicle from a vehicle group other than the one which the duty has been created for.
Click on a duty - select Allot - under My Vehicles you can simply click on the cross mark and select a different vehicle group - a pop up will appear to confirm - click on OK- if a driver is not assigned to the vehicle you can choose a driver from the pop up
Tip: In case you would like to re-allot an allotted duty to a different vehicle group, simply click on the small gear icon next to the duty and click on re-allot and follow the same steps mentioned above.
