    Feedback Forms and how to use them

    Learn how to send feedback forms and gather valuable information from your customers.

    There are 2 ways to send feedback forms to your customers:

    • Automatically after completion of a duty
    • Manually at a time of your choosing

    How to automate sending of a feedback form after duty completion:

    Go to Me - Business Settings - Others - Under Column Automatically send SMS/WhatsApp/Email Alerts - Select Send feedback form to passenger when duty is marked as stopped or completed

    Manual sending of a feedback form:

    Go to Duties - Completed - Select the gear icon next to the duty listing - click on Request Customer Feedback

    Below is a sample feedback form that your passenger will receive. The branding here will be your own company branding based on the details entered in Master - My Companies.

    You can customise the text of a feedback form with SMS and WhatsApp masking. To enable this for your account, please reach out to us at support@indecab.com

    Email example:

    This email can be customised in Me - Business settings - Email templates - Duty Request Feedback section

    When a duty is performed via the network, your supplier’s feedback form will not be shared with the passenger.
