How to close driver app duty through your dashboard
Sometimes drivers make mistake and forget to close duties on time, this results in delay in duty slips as well as multiple follow ups with drivers. Now if a duty performed via Indecab Go Driver App is on 'Stopped' status for more than 6 hours it can be completed through your dashboard.
Go to duties - ALL - click on the duty with status 'Stopped' - click on thr small gear icon - select 'Close duty' - all the details as per the driver app will be auto-filled - click on 'Update and View Duty slip' and your duty will be completed with the final digital duty slip.
Note:
1- For employees you need to provide permission to allow them to close duty through the dashboard. Go to Masters - Employees - click on small gear icon next to name - click on 'Manage Permissions' - select 'Close stopped duties' - Update Permission
2- If a duty is performed by your supplier and is stuck on 'Stopped' status, only the supplier will be able to close duty
